Keep getting disconnected when geting email

when i go to my email i get disconnected and have to reenter but still get disconnected

I have the same problem.

Check your connections settings in outlook, if there good, make sure you have no mail your trying to send, it wont receive any mail tell it sends mail. Good luck Cat
