Question about Televison & Video
I have a Toshiba Trinitron CRT TV. The screen doesn't always work when I turn on the tv, but the sound always does. I saw a similar problem at
and someone suggested that some resistors had "gone high." Can someone explain that lingo to me? Does it mean that I find a resistor with a different ohm measurement than specified by the color bands that I should replace it? Will that solve the problem?
