I posted a grievance with the resolution department but haven't heard back from them. It's been over a week and they say they'll contact you in 24 hours. What's the next step?

Post it again, by adding more comments to the ID # of the dispute.. They are probably waiting for a response from the other party. They are usually reliable.

You should contact the trading standards department in your local authority. I n the UK the local council has a department called TRADING STANDARDS who make sure that the public cannot be ripped off by business owners/traders when they are sold something. In which ever country you are in there should be some offical body to look after your interests as a consumer just like happens here. Tontact them and explain the situation. You may nned to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or bank statement but it cannot be that your device has only 1 week guarantee.

bring the car to your local motor vehicle department and file a grievance with the dealership, explain that you have tried to remedy the issue but the dealer is not repairing the car, you show a motor vehicle grievance to the dealer i think they will find what is wrong with the car and fix it.
it is not normal for the car to roll backwards when on a hill in driver or roll forwards while in reverse.

go to paypal & login to your account
& either use the help section to find the resolution center or
look under accounts & you'll see the word overview across to the right you'll see the resolution center, just click on the tab & start a dispute about items not recieved
I've had to do disputes several time & got results

Red light comes on but then the tv is playing but after about 3 hours it just goes out but I can still hear the sound then if I go back after about 4 to 5 hours if I turn it on it plays no problem. Now the lamp just went. I think before replacing the lamp maybe I should replace cooling fan also.
