Can't reset Panasonic KX-TG6700 phone (by 2 users)

I momentarily unplugged my base unit and when I plugged it back in, all the lights are on and there is no dial tone. Unit was working fine for about 6 months. Phone line is good. Tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, like the manual says. No success. Phone is dead and lights remain on.

I have the same problem.

no dial tone, checkd out wiring etc. all ok phone lights up, even chatnged the battery
