Rethreading Bobbin When I am rethreading my bobbin all the lights on the machine come on and the machine stops. How do I rectify this problem?

This sounds like a short, which you will need to get out by someone who is electrically minded, or look in your local paper, or ask at your local sewing machine shop.

Not picking up bobbin thread


try rethreading the machine top & bobbin
put in a new needle
make sure the bobbin is not over wound
make sure the bobbin is turned the right way in the bobbin case
make sure the bobbin case is inserted correctly in to the machine
if the machine still doesn't pick up the bobbin thread it's possible that
the machine is out of time

Bobbin xl5130 is gathering but the stitch on top is fine. how do i adjust the bobbin tension


to adjust the bobbin use the top tension
also try rethreading the machine top, using every thread guide & bobbin making sure to insert the bobbin correctly into the bobbin case
also try changing the needle

clean under the needle plate area for lint or threads
