Question about Cell Phones
The first issue is, does the mic work at all?, has the mic been damaged or has the signal line been compromised? Before we blame the cell phone try your headset on another known working phone with like headset. If it works then you should look at bad connections inside your phone due to foreign matter( lint, dirt, grease), corrosion from spills/rain..., or the connector physically damaged or becoming unsoldered from the board. If it does not work in the t, then try another headset. Go to a cell repair shop and ask them to test it. I work at one and we have two of everything already opened. You will most likely find that the line or mic is no good and a new headset is in order. Good luck to you. Please repost if you need help taking the phone apart and fixing it.
