SOURCE: canon pixma mp210 printer

Hi Mate,
Ok go to this link and download the driver you will find a dropdown menu where you just select your Operating System.
Just below that download there are manuals etc for download. I would suggest you delete everything on your System First that is associated with the printer. Unplug it from the computer, and install the new driver DO NOT Plug printer in until asked to, oh and the link nearly forgot. Just cut and paste into your tool bar

What is error code 2 on a canon MP210?

This steps may solve your problem.

1.Load paper correctly then press black or color button (MP210)
2. Press on/off switch to reset the multifunction device
3. Remove Packing Material MP210
4. Reset ink cartridge MP210
5. The MP210 may require repair

If your printer is new , make sure the packing material inside the printer has been removed. You should have a quick setup page and/or users manual that will show you how to remove any packing material that is inside the printer.

If this is an older printer that has worked in the past, start with step

PIXMA MP210 Photo All-In-One Printer: Alarm light is on and I have just refilled my cart...

Hello!
I work in a refill shop, and we have noticed that after refilling cartridges for Pixma MP210, they won't work.
Try holding the "resume" button (triangle in circle), for about 10 sec. for each cartridge- that should reset the cartridges (and usually it works with every Pixma printer, but almost never with the MP210, I really don't know why)
If that doesn't help, you should buy new cartridges.
