Missing Sim Manager Software

Hi,

I have just got my XDA Graphite and the Sim Manager software seems to missing so I cannot copy my contact from my SIM. ANy idea how I get it working?

Do you have a lock on your SIM? If so that may be why, but it should just ask for the password.
