Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9564J Top Load Washer
What ever you do, don't tip the washer upside down, this will cause further problems. It sounds as if you have a coin stuck somewhere inside the outlet hose. but first have a good look inside the pump, take the filter out and feel with you finger for any object stuck inside the pump, if you can't find anything then the chances are its stuck in the outlet pipe and removing it is very difficult without taking the machine apart. One last thing you could try is putting the outlet in the sink, put a small amount of water in the machine, then put it on a drain or spin position, if the water is flowing out freely, then the problem is with the plumbing, check there's not a blockage in it. failing all these options, call and get the engineer to sort it out.
hope this helps u
