Question about Apple iPod nano
The computer can't recognize the device of the i pod
Have you got the latest version of iTunes installed or a version that supports your version of iTunes, also you could try doing a Restore on your iPod will erase everything on it.
You could also try the iPod on a different computer and see if it was your computer just being the problem.
