our carafe style coffee machine will not start brewing. It turns on and you can hear the machine click in but it won't go to the brew cycle. We desclaled and it started fine to do that but when we use coffee it either doesn't start at all or takes a real long time. We have the programmable carafe style fmf-5...help please
