Question about Televison & Video
Your issue is quite unique. Based on your statement, I would assume that the TV is almost a new unit since you have replaced everything? Is there any original part left which may exist which can be isolated as a problem. If the entire board has been replaced it may be the screen that is faulty. If you are using one cable for your DVD or TV, such as the HDMI, try to use the RCA or the round cable for the video or the 3 rca cable which has red, green and blue colors. If you are using the 3 cables it may be an issue with the port as it may be messing with the signals that go to the TV's board. I might go far on this one but is it possible to isolate the tv, have it moved from anything else except your signal source just to make sure it is not any magnetic field that is causing the problem.
