Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.
If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.
Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.
They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.
The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.
Sorry about your problem...I just found a similar thread that suggested changing my password. It worked for the other respondents. I changed it - and it WORKED!!! So, go forth, change your password and catch up on 2 days worth of mail. I hope you are less disappointed in what you were missing than I was ;)
Please change your password, I hope It will work...
sounds like virus or spyware at first. get microsoft security essentials and scan you PC i bet it's riddled the PC should power off if you hold the power button in for 4-6 seconds, rather than use the switch at the wall
what brower are you using ? usually it is sometimes caused by script errors causing the browser to respond slowly. try clearing the temporary internet files closing the browser and restarting it again.
EVEN THE WHOLE WORLD HAVE THIS PROBLEM .ONLY THE THING YOU CAN DO IS TO MAKE CALLS USING THE OPTION (INVITE TO CONFERENCE)YOU CAN SEE IT IN ACTION MENU IN YAHOO MESSENGER 9.0.YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHAT AND TALK WITH ALL YOUR FRIENDS AT THE SAME TIME.IT SOMETIMES GIVES MORE CLARITY THAN MAKING A CALL.
