To undo zoom, double tap with three fngers anywhere on the screen then drag, up or down until you reach normal zoom, then you can go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom and flick it to off. Hope this helps...

My ipod ouch 32 gb's screen is enlarged and i can not make it go back to normal

This is actually not a problem. This is one of the Accessibility features of the iOS. You accidentally zoomed in the entire screen of your iPod touch. To zoom out to normal screen size, tap on the screen using 3 fingers at the same time.

To turn off that feature, go to Settings>General>Accessibility> Turn OFF Zoom or any of the other stuff in there if you don't need it.

Hack to Turn Zoom into Scroll

Yes, and it's detailed at http://episteme.arstechnica.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/24609792/m/822004236731.

Basically, there is a Commands.xml file in the IntelliType folder. Open it in a text editor and do a find/replace:

Find:
Activator="ZoomOut"
Replace:
Activator="ScrollDown"

Find:
Activator="ZoomIn"
Replace:
Activator="ScrollUp"
