The T.V.is working (with green light on) but no picture. Also removed back panel and noticed little red diode blinking. Number next to it is LD740. Ceramic Fuses seem fine....but still No Picture.

- Didn't you write something about a possible fix by replacing the blown red capacitors ? My LG 42" plasma is covered & still sittin in my garage. Just beggin to be fixed. I received a quote from repair person and he said it would be $350.00......A possible new PS Board is needed. Hell, I can replace that myself. We'll see what happens.... You wrote "or Zsus" What is Zsus ?

The Acer line is not bad. We are a reseller and have sold hundereds of Acer monitors. The 24" are the only ones with a huge problem. We have seen about a 70% failure rate on the 24" Acers. We have switched to Viewsonic for any monitor above 22".

I'm getting intermittent display black-outs. The power indicator remains green, so that means it's getting power, and valid video signal. Most of the time, powering down to reset the monitor will resolve the issue; - but sometimes I'll need to leave it off for 1/2 hour before it'll start working properly again. A real BIG annoyance!!! PS. Its not a backlighting issue, since I don't see any 'shadow pictures' during the black-outs, just no display.
