Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 Webcam
Went through software installation - camera checked out during test, audio checked out during test, then on "Finish", it decided it couldn't find the webcam, though it worked during the testing phase of installation. Any ideas?
Two things can cause this according to Logitech. One, the cam is plugged into a USB 1.0 port (although they say it's backwards compatible), Two, the cam is plugged into a USB hub.
Let us know if any of these variables apply to your problem.
