Question about Toshiba Satellite M35X-S349 Notebook
My cp won't start, technical codes come up: 0x823cb9f8,0x000000ed,0xc000009c,0x00000000,0x0000000.. PLEASE HELP!
This is typically caused by faulty memory. There is a black plate on the bottom of the laptop that is held in by one screw. It should have a little memory logo on or near it.
Power off the laptop and open this plate, and if you have two memory modules in there, pop one out and see if the problem remains. If it does, try the other one.
If you only have one, I would replace that module.
