hi my name is sven. I have age of empires 3 and when i start it, it plays the movie and then when it gets to the menu it just stops and the computer say it has stoped working what can i do to make it work plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

okay take it out then blow the game blow the inside then play it but don't do any thing till it gets to the title screen then you play it
