Where can I buy (online) a pair of metal domes that cover the main hinge, in the middle of the chassis? You need the number 8 Check local industrial fastener suppliers to see if they can help. These guys sell them for 10 pound a set of two in the UK! I sell them $2 each but shipping from New Zealand is $15 economy air post or $33 insured air courier! All the info is here

I need a replacement door for my Hoover Easy Logic 1100 aa Washing machine. I beleive that the model is discontinued but my machine is in perfectly good working order. Could you advise anywhere where I...

I searched for quite some time without success and I am Pretty good at finding things.

Contact Hoover using this link:

To order Hoover Genuine Spares & Accessories please call 08443 712758
Opening hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm.

I could not even come up with the part number for the door. I did find the following:
1. Door Seal
2. Door Glass
3. Door Handle
4. Door Hinges

No luck on finding the complete door assembly.
Another alternative... if the Yorkshire area has an appliance recycling venter you may be able to find one there or in the classified ads "for parts only" But then your faced with disposing of the "junk."
I recommend you contact Hoover using the number or Lonk above and see what they can do for you.

I wish I could have done more for you but the whole door assembly just does not seem to be readily available.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

Cannot fix the angle of the seat (Frog), the large white buttons at the hinge get stuck once pressed, tried lubricating, but still would not become unstuck.

Email to bugaboo to describe your problem they will ask for the serial number of the pram and your address & send you a repair kit (new white buttons) - for free!

Main Chassis bar won't lock on one side

We had a similar problem, the right-hand hinge of the frame would not lock and the button was permanently down. What had happened was the handle extension switch housing had come unscrewed and slipped up the frame, causing a small spring to fall out. The lock switches each have a spring which pushes down on a rod inside the frame to lock the hinge. To access the spring, unscrew the handle extension housing and slide it up the aluminum frame. I replaced the missing spring and the frame works perfectly. If the problem is with the spring, this should work. Alternatively the problem may lie inside the lock switch housing, which contains a very simple mechanism which slides the lock rod up and down. This can be unscrewed as well. As far as I can tell, the actual hinge assembly itself is a sealed unit and can't be opened, but hopefully, you won't have to.
Good luck,
