Pls check at the Printer Property
Start > Control Panel > Printer & Faxes > click printer icon (then right click) > Properties.
At General Tab, click Printing Preferences,
at Paper/Quality set the paper size and
at Effect Tab pls check Resizing Option set to Actual Size.

Zebra QLN 420 - Not printing label correct size. it is printing too small label

1) If you feel your printer is printing only small-sized labels, then you can try changing the font size.

2) If you are printing from a computer, then go to the paper settings that appear in the print preview window.

3) You will see a paper type or a paper settings option available in the window. Since it is a small-sized printer, you will only get prints in small size.

I have a HP 5610, print very small letters

Go in the printer preferences and change the options to "print as in document" and make sure that 'scaled to it is not checked'.
Maybe, you scaled it down by accident. Also, make sure that you didnt choose 8 points in the original document. Otherwise, it will print small
