Solution - Standard troubleshooting steps in order are power the iPhone off and on, Reset, Restore from backup, Restore as a new iPhone or not from backup and if no change after any or all, call Apple Care – (800) 694-7466 or make an appointment at an Apple Store to have this checked if there is one nearby.
Solution - Connect your phone to iTunes and do a full restore, it will replace all information on your phone prior to your last syn. If it doesn’t help call Apple Care – (800) 694-7466.
Solution - If restore doesn’t work – you could schedule online an appointment with a genius at an Apple store
Solution - Terrible situation but Apple doesn’t warranty the glass. This would be a minimum of $250 to get fixed out of your pocket.
