Question about Whirlpool ET9FTTXL Top Freezer Refrigerator
It seems as though there's blockage from the freezer to the refrigerator
Manually defrost the refrigerator/freezer. Be sure that it's THOROUGHLY defrosted and that the defrost water runs freely into the tray underneath the refrigerator.
ALWAYS clean the bottom coils, a FREE fix that is the source of COUNTLESS problems with the refrigerator inside and out.
Plug it back in. If that doesn't solve your problem, you've either got a physical blockage between the compartments or the flap/linkage that controls air flow between them is stuck (closed).
If you don't know how to access these components, it's time to call the repairman.
Hope this helps.
