Your device is a bit light on support, a brief user manual can be found here: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/223934/Compex-Sgx3226.html#manual Usually there is a tiny recessed RESET button on the device, push and hold for 30 seconds or so will return to defaults.

Admin alternatively most router will have a reset button that's usually behind a little hole in the back or at the bottom of the unit. inspect the device carefully and introduce something sharp (that won't break) through that hole while the unit is powered and press for 30 to 60 seconds, this is usually how devices are brought back to factory defaults. if this does not work it's like the device is defective and you may want to get your money back!
i've also got one without DC adapter... and looking around. find this
