Press the power button (red circle) and now select General. This should fix the issue.

When we use our phone for a long time in talking,the speaker of our gets stuck(The diaphragm inside gets over vibrated leads to speaker damage).
The only way this problem is to,by taking your phone to Nokia care centre.
OR
If you are aware of your phone,you can open your phone and replace the speaker of your phone.

there is a speaker issue in ur fone u need to change speaker frm nokia care centre.
