Here is a photo of how the tv looks guys. As you can see it has a greenish color to it. It has it on all channels. My other tv shows fine, so I know it's not the source. Thanks for any assistance.
I've found several bad solder joints on the neck board of my JVC 32' leading to the exact same issues as yours. Inspect the Driver resistor solder on the neck board.

U turn to another channel, now it look like u have a picture of a shadow behind it?Yes,than u have freeze a picture on the tv for a long, might have a tv screen burn in.Tries go into tv menu go to colors setting.Tries contrast setting all the way up to maximum.Tries colors a third of a setting. The brightness half of it setting.Should or might help to solved this problems.
You`re probably getting a on air channel which means that you have to check your cable connectors and splitter if you got any, switch with other sets if you can.
In that case does this color problem occur on all inputs? If not then please make sure that the connections, especially the red connector, are clean and tight
Please fine tune those B/W channels to obtain color picture. If TV is more then 4 - 5 years old, it needs resoldering in tuning area or might need replacement of IF block.
Sounds like U have an antenna or feeder problem. Get it checked out/ check it out. If in a strong signal area, try a simple indoor antenna for comparison. If in a marginal reception area, it could be your antenna is inadequate.
