    • Thermistor (TH1; displacement,
    poor contact, short circuit)
    • Fixing heater (H1; open circuit,
    cracking)
    • Thermal fuse (FU1; malfunction)
    • DC controller (faulty)
    • The detection temperature of the main
thermistor (TH1) does not reach 50°C 15 sec
after a press on the Copy Start key.
    • Initializing Back-Up Error Codes
If the self-diagnosis mechanism has turned ON,
you can reset the machine by turning OFF and then
ON the power switch, unless the error is represented
    by ‘E000’, ‘E001’, ‘E002’, “E003', or ‘E004’.
This is to prevent the user from resetting the machine
    thereby damaging the fixing assembly.
    If ‘E000’, ‘E001’, ‘E002’, “E003', or ‘E004’ is
indicated, remove the cause of the error and perform
    the following:
    1) Open the front door, and insert the door switch
    actuator.
    2) While holding down the service mode switch
(SW850) on the DC controller, turn the power
    switch OFF/ON.
    3) When the power has been removed in about 2
sec, turn ON the power switch once again

    Checks
Turn off and then on the power
switch. Is '000' indicated for about
5 sec and then is the power
    switch turned off automatically?
    Execute 'ERROR' in service mode
    ( ) to reset 'E000'.
Check that the fixing assembly is
    installed properly.
Turn OFF the power switch, and
    disconnect and connect the power
    plug.
Does the fixing roller heater turn
ON when the power switch is
    turned ON?
    Caution:
    Take extra care. Repeating this
    procedure causes the fixing
    temperature to rise abnormally,
    damaging the fixing roller and
    the separation claw.
Turn OFF the power switch, and
wait until the upper fixing roller is
cool; then, turn ON the power
    switch. Select the screen showing
'FTMP' in service mode ( ).
    Does the value under 'FTMP'
remain the same? (Turn OFF the
    power switch after the check.)
Is the thermistor in even contact
    with the upper fixing roller?
Clean the contact face of the thermistor.
    Is the problem corrected?

    Action
    Check the sub thermistor
    (TH2).
    Replace the DC controller
    PCB or the SSR.
    Check the wiring from
    J108A on the DC
    controller PCB to the
    thermistor (TH1); if
    normal, replace the
    thermistor (TH1).
    Install the thermistor

Copy result is blur and I see the acceleration of paper too fast

When you say Blur? Is it a scattering of toner or is the whole image blurred or out of focus? You may have a problem with the lens HP or a problem with the scanning mirrors. Do you get a error code? Is the blur like toner strikes down the page? Check you corona wires and look for any small pieces of paper that maybe lodged in or around the drum unit. You may want to give a little more info. on the exact problem, to narrow down the cause
