When you press numbers do they appear on screen as if you had pressed?
Is it that when you press a key your voicemail just does not respond to the option number you pressed?
If the answer is yes to these it sounds like you have turned off DTMF tones. If it is off, key presses look like they work but actually the phone is blocking the tone for that button from being sent down your line. People sometimes turn off by mistake or to stop their mobile number being visible when calling someone. If you look in menu and make sure DTMF tones are ON it should solve your problem? Hope that helps?
