Question about Philips Televison & Video
Philips TV model # 25ps40s121-connected to Directv receiver-after lightning storm-called Directv-tried to reset TV-will not let me cycle thru input to reset. S/w Directv rep. gave me phone # 1-800-531-0039 not a working #...the Directv receiver appears to be working fine. Need to reset TV...is there a working phone # to Philip TV Customer Service so that I may speak with a rep.?
Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST
Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Excluding Major Holidays
They really are not much help, they will likely direct you to a Philips Authorized Repair Shop. Hope you have warranty or some kind of insurance. Damage from a storm does not fall under warranty. Good Luck!
