Question about Ovens
I have a wall oven, a St George single oven. The door has slid or lifted along its hinge so it wil not close properly. How do I refit/remove the door so that it will close?
Depending on model-
Put the door at an opening of about 100mm. You should feel an indent for thecorect position.
You will probably need 2 people, 1 each side,
Slide the door upward at an angle same as hinge, It will slide off the hinge.
If the hinge is broken, and they usually break inside the wall of the oven, it will be very difficult to slide it off the broken hinge.
Hinges are available from EDIS SPARES 1800 125 039
