Have you plugged in the cooler correctly and made sure it's fully contacting the cpu, also did you use thermal paste?

Also what is the temps reading? if it's under 60c you should be fine. normal range though for most cpu's is 30-45c

You could also reset the bios to make sure it isnt reducing power to the fans through a power saving mode, or manual configuration through the hardware monitor screen.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Loud Whining Noise from Motherboard on Startup

Whining noise is something in motion or moving.Does the graphics card have a onboard fan?Is it clean and free moving.

How about the processor fan? clean, free from wires or anything hitting it.?

Disconnect hard drive and see if you get the sound.

When i boot it up all i get is input not supported.i have everything needed to boot the machine

The error is displayed on the monitor. The problem is due to the wrong display capacitor on the motherboard. Get it replaced by a good technician. It should be done by a Chip Level Technician.

E8400 or Q6600

personally i have the q6600 which is a quad core processor, all the others you listed were dual core, personally i use alot of programs all at once which is good if you have a quad core, but just for general music, data, and streaming, the e8400 is probably better for you, its a 3ghz processor.

My Pc wont boot no signal in my monitor Help!

May be your in second HDD, you didn't set the jumper up. There are some more settings you will have to configure in the BIOS menu. in the BIOS, you should set the primary HDD as the master and the second(newer HDD) as the secondary. Then it should boot without any problem but if the problem persists I don't know what to do next.
