I wish I could offer some simple solution, but the lens has somehow gotten damaged and is no longer able to focus or withdraw into the camera body. It could be as simple as some sand in the lens, but even that will require a trip to a camera repairman

Got no picture all blurry

No picture or one that is all blurry? If blurry,
Clean the lens and make sure it is not loose or damaged. The camera cannot produce blurry pictures at distances greater than around 0.3m ish as it has a fixed focus lens. If it really is blurred either you are too close to the lens, the lens to sensor distance is wrong (mechanical damage) or the lens is dirty.
I hope that helps

I JUST got a Nikon Cool Pix L22 but no matter what setting I use EVERY picture is blurry. I am an art teacher and understand shutter speed and aperture, I even used a tripod. The pictures are still...

Most likely your fisheye lens attachment is out of alignment. An internal element may have come unscrewed or unglued. The other option (I'm assuming you have already checked this) is that it is incorrectly attached to the camera - check your threads and make sure it wasn't cross threaded and that there are no blockages to the lens attachment being screwed in completely. If the fisheye lens is not in the correct position relative to the CoolPix lens, then the pictures will be blurry.

Blurry picture

Make sure the lens is clean
Some webcams have a focus ring around the lens you can rotate to sharpen the image - like a telescope.
Others rely on software and you set the focal length for the best picture.

Lens error and blurry photos

If your images are blurry and the lens wont move smoothly it is very probable that some kind of force on the lens has damaged a gear, barrel or even dislodged an element internally. When the lens detects an obstruction in its movement the camera reports accordingly,"lens error". You should have the camera checked by a service centre, it will most likely need the lens replaced as they are not serviceable.
