This could be from a couple of causes. One is the pinch roller or feed roller is hard or polished. And the other is the paper setting isn't right as the roller has worn from use.

A pinch roller is the rubber roller that grips and pulls the paper. Photo paper is much smoother so it is harder to get a grip. There should be a adjustment for the thickness of the paper. This will be a little lever that physically moves the rollers a small amount and lets the grip properly. It is usually inside near the roller and will should up under a cover. Check your printer manual for the exact location. You may find that it wants one setting for photo paper and another for normal.

You should also try cleaning the roller with some isopropyl alcohol and a lint free paper towel. Apply a bit of iso to the towel and then wipe the roller. It should change from slightly shiny to a dull after the alcohol flashes off. Don't worry about which roller to clean, just do all of the rubber ones. You will get a bit of black on the towel and not a big amount. This combination of old rubber and dirt or dust. Unless you have other problem this fixes most feed problems. If you do a lot of photo paper then you may have to do this again.

I have Epson stylus TX121 printer but whenever i m using to print out photo, photo comes in orange and red color, pls help me ....

When switching from printing on standard paper to photo paper, you need the change the paper and picture quality settings in Printing Preferences.

Start > (Control Panel) Printer(s) > right click on the Epson TX121 printer icon > Printing Preferences > Main > tick Photo or Best Photo > under Paper Options/Type select the closest match to the type of Photo Paper you are using (see photo paper packet for guidance) > Apply > OK.

Use the same procedure to switch back to standard paper settings to print on normal paper again.

I hope this helps

HI, I'm trying to print on an envelope. The dimensions of the envelope are 8.75x5.77. Every time I do it there is a paper jam. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you!

try using paper of correct material. ideal would be 170gsm to 180 gsm paper. try not to use cheap envelopes in the market.
go and buy the envelopes with 170 - 180 gsm papers

I have a new wireless printer and it will not accept photo paper in the standard size sheets

HI, May be you are using the photo papers a bit thicker than what it usually support. You can check it by reducing the GSM (thickness) of the paper. I hope you will be able to print by using another photo paper.

When printing photos on glossy Kodak paper the error message " paper jam reload" appears.

Some printers are not able to or having difficulty feeding glossy photo papers at 230 gsm and above, try using photo papers below 230 gsm.

Not printing glossy A4 paper / paper jam / no paper feed

dont use thick photo paper like 230 gsm up, instead use 180 gsm papers. but if you dont want to waste the purchased thick photo papers, you can open the back and manually insert the paper once the printing process started. i tried this as a trial & error basis until i had perfected it.... hope it works with yours.

My hp 915 having trouble printing photos with glosy papers

don't try to put heavy weight paper like 230 gsm in hp 915, it's not a photo printer (MFP), use upto 170-180 gsm only for gears safety, for heavy weight media try another photosmart series printer.

HP PSC 1350 Photo Printing (Glossy Paper) Pront Quality issue

keep checking the HP site for an updated Driver for your printer, but why not use an online photo printing service like Walgreens or Walmart, You can't possibly print photos at home cheaper than they can, and this way you get actual photographs back.
