Using the buttons on the TV, go to the setup menu, and scroll to "editchannels" by pressing "setup" button until "edit channels" ishighlighted. Then, using the channel up/down buttons, go to channel 91and press + volume. This should add the video input to your channels. 92 is S-video. It is helpful to have what ever device (dvd player or game console) hooked up and powered on, so you know when you are on the right channel, but it should be 91.
Most universal remotes work the same. Try this. Here you go. This will work with most all universal remote controls. If you don't have the code do the following: Automatic Programming With automatic programming, the remote control tests all the codes available on the Code List and assigns the correct code for the selected device. Although this method can be more time-consuming, it eliminates the need to look up codes and enter them manually.

2. Press and hold the corresponding button on the remote control (TV, VCR, SAT, DVD, CAB or AUD) until POWER INDICATOR illuminates. It should take a couple of seconds for the light to remain solid. The remote control is in programming mode.
3. Press and release power button. The POWER INDICATOR flashes once and stays on indicating the unit is in Power Scan mode.
4. Press CHANNEL up or CHANNEL down repeatedly until the device turns on.
5. When the device turns on, press OK to store the code.
Note: • To exit without storing the code, press BACK. • T he unit will search for the next code or the previous code if you press CHANNEL up or CHANNEL down after the device turns on. (go slow you need to press OK when the TV turns on) if you mess up turn TV off and start over. 6. Press any other button. If the device responds, the remote control has been programmed. The solution is to change the audio input from SAP (secondary audio programming - default on TV sets sold in Canada) to Stereo or Mono. Your remote will need to be able to access the "Menu" settings screen for your television set.
Just Press Menu> scroll or Navigate or Select Auto program, then press enter> (to Move press volume button -minus or +plus, and to enter or OK press TV / VIDEO) then select auto program to automatically scan channel. Choose Air if you use outdoor antenna,if cable choose Cable, whatever the result ,just post so i can assist..
You will need a menu button to get to setup or channels for you to autoprogram the tv to find ALL the channels. AUTOPROGRAM is the word you need to find. If there is a menu button on the tv, then you can probably do it from there. If not, then you need the original remote from Admiral or at:
http://www.theclicker.com/ .Go here and look up the Brand of TV. Use the directions but don't look for a light on the remote. Just hit the remote buttons like it says and start with the first code. If that doesn't work, do it again with the next code. It worked for me.
