Can't log onto email even though password and user

try typing the user id and password on a notepad and then copy paste onto the yahoo site

you are under hack systems, try to create new one and shut down the present one;

Login credentials are case sensitive. Make sure that your keyboard is not in caps. Make sure also that you are the only person that knows the user name and password.

Go to Yahoo login page, then click on "I can't access my account". Answer the questions, provide an alternate e-mail address, and the password will be e-mailed to you. Then you will know if the password changes or not.

why, you can't log in your yahoo, is either your password or user name is not correct or properly entered. So check if you enter the right password or user name to log in. Because there is no way you enter the right user name and password and you can't in.be sure of what detail you use in creating your account.

Please be sure that you are type the password for your ID correctly. Check the caps lock is on/off during typing the password.

I think you or someone tried to log in your Yahoo ID with wrong password for more times..that caused lock.. This is a security lock for your Yahoo! ID. If you know the correct password you can unlock it by opening http://www.yahoo.com/r/m6 or http://mail.yahoo.com, for the first time type your ID correctly and type any password(if password is wrong no problem), click Sign In . in reply the same page will appear again... this time type your ID and password correctly, type the captcha verification code correctly as shown in image box and click Sign In. if your password is right your ID will be unlocked

make sure you are typing your yahoo id and password the same as when you first created it. if you used upper case you will need to type it the same way.
also if the password or id is too long it will not reconize it because is only set up to use sort id and passwords. you can also say you forgot your password and see if its the same as you were typing it. if your id or passy is long you will need to shorten it. plus log it into a computer to insure the id/password is correct.

Actually someone has tried to sign in to ur id with wrong passwords several times, so yahoo has blocked ur id for security purposes. u can simply unlock ur id.ur sign in to messenger is locked but u can acess ur mail. sign in to ur mail and go it to ur account details. change ur password. if u wanna keep these password then change password once and then change them to current password. ur id is now unlock.
