Sounds like when you click the Mouse Roller to lock the screen scrolling. You should be able to hold the pen down a second time to turn this off.

What are the examples of line, plane, point

Hello,

Well I'm not sure why you are asking but these are general terms. These terms are used in geometry.
When printers are printer graphics they are using so called primitives to print graphic objects. The best example that comes to mind is when you use CAD software to print drawings. This is a very involved subject. One could quite easily devote a large book to discussing it.

As to the specifics of the objects line, plane and point. Well you know what a point is correct?
A point is a one dimensional geometric object. If you simply place the tip of a ballpoint pen on a piece of paper and create a dot, that is a point.

You know what a line is correct? A line is a two dimensional geometric object. If you place a straight object on a piece of paper, like say a book. And draw with your ball point pen along it's edge you create a line.

A plane may not be as obvious. A plane is a three dimensional geometric object. Imagine a piece of cardboard floating in the air in front of you. This is a plane.

A plane represented on a two dimensional object, like a plane drawn on a piece of paper (two dimensional) creates either a rectangle or a parallelogram.

If this does not answer your question you will have to be more specific.

I have changed my XP for a Windows 7 with Office 2010. I cannot find the facility in Word 2010 to draw lines between text, erasor, etc. (which I find very useful when constructing Family Trees.) Is there...

Almost all the features of Older versions of MS Office are available in Office 2007 & 2010.
If you are working with tables, and wish to add/ draw lines using pen and use eraser, then after drawing the table, click the drop down and select 'Draw Table' and the table borders editing options will be displayed after clicking the table (the pen and eraser). The picture below shows the steps:

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Is it possible to remove features from a tablet?

I have the bamboo fun pen also. I am currently running Windows Vista 64bit home and have the same problem. I fixed mine by going into the control options > Tablet PC Settings > Other > Go to Pen and Input Devices > Settings (Under Pen Options) Then I clicked at the top Where it states "Enable press and hold for Right-clicking". I disabled that and my pen works with no holding for the right click. I can make scratch marks all day! Hope this helps you too.

Smartboard 580 draws scribbly lines

dip checking first is good. then reorient the board. press and hold the 2 large buttons on the pen tray until the 9-point orientation appears. use one of the smart pens to orient. don't just press the dots, start about 6 inches from the dot and draw an arc to the dot and hold it at the dot for a second, then release and do the same for the other 8. if there is still a problem, the usb voltage might be low coming from the hub/computer. try another usb cable or a shorter one. there shouldn't be more than 4 usb cables coming from one hub and the usb cables cannot be longer than 16 feet.

Pen sensor problems

you take out the nib by using a pair of tweezers or a nail clipper but, (now this is what happened to me) is your tablet plugged straight into your computer OR into a usb ADAPTER as if you do that, sometimes it completely mucks things up. make sure it goes straight into your computer as when i did this my tablet was fine

Doesn't respond to the pen well

I had the same problem, and my fix was really simple. Did you make sure that your mouse and pen aren't on the tablet at the same time? I took my mouse off the tablet, the pen immediately stopped jumping around.

the latest drivers have 2 modes...

1 open the driver control panel
2 at the top of the window double click the intuos3 tablet that is giving you problems
3 choose standard mode instead of recognition data

... this is at least what worked for me. I hope it helps.
