Question about Cameras
First check your battery in other units.. if your batteries are fine and charged then the camera is the problem..
You should try to switch off the unit and disconnect the unit from power supply/batteries. Also disconnect any other units connected to it. Leave the system disconnected for 30 minutes. All the electric charges stored in the system should drain out.. It should do a soft reset itself, then restart it.
if that doesnt help then reply back with the camera model number.. most likely it will need to send back for repairing/replacement.
