Question about Mitsubishi CS-40503 TV
Recently my 40" mitsubishi tube tv started showing a larger picture than the screen will show therefore words and faces are not seen and or off the screen. i tried several things to change THIS but can't figure out the problem or solution. can anyone help? WE LOVE THE TV AND HAVE HAD IT FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT EVER NEEDING TO MOVE IT OR REPAIR IT. THANKS FOR RESPONDING... Eddie
Several possibilities, if you use a set top box to get your signal like a cable box or satellite receiver they will have settings that effect picture size. It could be a high voltage problem inside the TV causing an effect called blooming, if that is it you can usually change brightness and or contrast and see the picture get smaller and larger. I don't recall that set having any customer settings that could give that symptom.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
