Question about LG VOYAGER VX10000 Cellular Phone
My voyager touch screen works whenever it wants to. Sometimes it will click "A" when I want to hit NEXT. Then, when i go to open the next text massage it works perfect. What do i do?

"Settings & Tools" - "6. Phone Settings" - "6. Security" - (enter unlock code - if you have never entered one then it may be the last four digits of your phone number) - "3. Lock Phone" or "4. Lock Phone Now" (depending on what you want to do)

I get a green arrow when I send to people.
The green arrows turns into a checkmark, when the message is delivered.
With Verizon people this is usually within a minute or so, of course unless my friend has his phone powered off - which he will do, then I don't get a checkmark until his cell gets the message.
With Non-Verizon people I don't get a green checkmark until a day later, must take longer to confirm they got it from another cell company.
The RED X is normally what I get when I try to send to a landline or an invalid phone number, or if I try to send a message - while my phone was getting an incoming message..or to someone who has text blocked. The RED X means it did not go through at all. I will re-send these if I know it's a cell phone that can get text. Then I usually make it to green arrow/then green checkmark.

i had this same problem. i was told it was the phone so i got a brand new replacement phone. same thing happened. i got a new battery and put that in the new phone and the same thing happened. i called tech support who assured me that all i needed to do was have my software updated. i took it to a store they updated my software and after that while i was still in the store it shut itself off again twice. i mean this is not a cheap phone and i expect it to stay on as long as the battery is charged. i told the verizon store employees that i am missing calls and text messages and this was not acceptable when im paying for service. it is obviously not the phone or the battery or the software. finally they wound up giving me the newest model of voyager that just came out very recently, right now it only comes in silver, and so far this seems to have solved the problem completely. do not accept a refurbished replacement, it is not just your phone this is happening to ALL voyagers.
