On a note to the bottom half of the screen not working, just bring it in to an Apple store and they will give you a brand new one. Thats what happened to me the other day, no questions no problems. You don't need to download anything, just bring it in and they swap your sim card into a brand new one. But if you messed with it and they dont accept it then too bad for you
Mine has done the same thing. The part (door catch) is easy to fix yourself. If you contact a local appliance parts store in your area and give them your model number they can order a new one. The part was only $4.76 + tax for me. You can pop the old one out with a putty knife and the new one, you just press in. Very glad that I had an appliance company that HONESTLY told me that this was something I could do myself. Good luck!
Easy, take three fingers and double tap your screen. Now that your phone is back to normal, change your settings so that this doesn't happen again. Go to settings, click on general, click on Accessibility, click on Zoom, then turn it off. Now, this wont ever happen again.
go to a att store well not the store but they plae where you get the new phones and if your phone is still nu and you havent had it for a year then you can get it for free if not i hope you got insurance and itll be a little fee.....this also happened to me i was so mad lol
Take the battery out for 1 minute or 5 minutes. Turn it back on. It should work.
If resetting your iPhone doesn't help, you have to trade it in with another one. Since it is unlocked, it's technically not under the 1 year hardware warranty anymore. But you can undo this by first syncing your iPhone (it does an automatic backup of your stuff) so that all the information is saved in your iTunes, then Restore the iPhone completely. This will convert it into its original settings until you Restore backup again. Then call 1800-MY-APPLE and tell them about your problem. If they ask if you did anything to void your warranty say no, so that they can help you further. What they will do most likely from this point on is either send you a new iPhone, or set you an appointment with your local Apple store so you can go trade your iPhone in with another one. Once you get the new one, you can go to your iTunes and restore from backup.
