My htc ppc6800 froze so I took out the battery and now it won't load Windows, only a white screen that reads alltel. What can I do?

Damanian, What you tell me shows that your device is alive but ailing.Try powering it on with the memory card removed. If it still does not powerup, then I suggest that you remove the memory card and re-install the firmware as that seems to have got corrupted somehow. And get it re-installed from the service center as they can overwrite eveything including a virus if any.
