Where are the photos? If they are in iPhoto, select the one you want and email it to yourself. iPhoto will then ask you what size you want to send the pictuire.Once you have received the image you can then upload it in its new size. Seems inelegant but it works.
You can download any free image editing software such as Irfan View or Picasa. Otherwise, shoot at a lower resolution (all digital cameras allow you to shoot at a lower resolution and quality) so that the images are not very large.
login to your facebook account.. And click on profile.. Your profile is displayed, now click on your profile pix or avatar.. The option to upload is displayed now.. click on the space provided .. Tru dis you can browse files on your computer..pick any pix you want and click upload .. You can as well create album for multiple pix upload..
Make sure you are using the uploader provided with facebook, verify that your photo size is allowed and that may help. Many newer high resolution cameras take a very hi resolution picture, and as a result the photo has too large of a file size. Download Jasc painshop pro free, or other photo editing software and try to reduce the file size of your photo. You can also reduce the pixel count from your camera before you shoot. Also remember that, the larger your file size the slower the picture will load. This will make it hard for friends and family to view your picture due to long download times.
I'm a craiglist.org buyer n seller so I also have some problems like yours the main problem is the picture size it must be a 3.1 migpitzes
when you try to add the picture say:images taking too long to upload? Try reducing their size with image editing software. mening small sizes.
How can you do that check your camera n change your migapitzels to lower size.
Try to add it if you still have problems contact me please

Sony H1 takes photos at 72 dpi by default. But the picture quality will be good. if you want to convert it to 300dpi open the picture in adobe Photoshop and select image size and change resolution to 300 dpi. but the file size will be very high to up load. if you want to reduce the file size select the image size in adobe photoshop and reduce it according to your requirement. if my solution proves good please rate it. Regards.
To decrease the size of the image as well as change the format to jpeg, Open the file in PaintBrush and do a "Save As" and choose the file type as JPEG, and the size is reduced.
Once the size of the file is small, it won't take much time to upload in any site.
