Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Error H2-0 means Fusing unit temperature error. This error occurs due to a bad fuser temperature thermistor please change the thermistor of heater unit, and also check the thermal fuse. This error also occurs when the upper heater thermistor is open or the fusing unit is not installed when the door is closed.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

H4 trouble can be cancelled. press #-interrupt-C-interrupt simultaneously. after that machine panel will black-out hence you can STILL input 14 (in numerical buttons). press start/copy button. Yala--ur machine will initialize again. hope it helps

Blinking U Blinking 2 in Display

When you press the copy key , it should show 40 and this is the solution. Remove the TD cartridge and unscrew the toner sensor and wipe with a small blower. Clean with a brush if the toner particle is stubborn and blow. Then screw back and clear with key press #*C* and enter16 then press copy key. If it re-appears, replace TD cartridge with Sharp AR-202ft. Enjoy the job.

the best you can do is to replace the toner cartridge itself. It won't work if you just refill it.
