Question about HP DeskJet 1280 InkJet Printer
Hello and help please: my computer tells me I have 15% colour (78) and 60% black (45) left in cartridges but when I print colour is predominantly red. Have printed test page and NO BLUE is printed. What is happening and is there any way this can be resolved ? Cartridges are HP own brand and not refilled. Thanks.
Try cleaning your printer cartridges, go to printer preferences, then go to the service tab, try cleaning from there.
hope it helps
