Blue light on top of g1

It wont turn on i have trid removing the battery, and pressing and holding trackball and menu button while powering it on it does nothing

I solved this problem by booting into SAFE MODE on the G1:
Press Menu Button and Switch on the G1 Phone using Power button. (Do not release menu Key).
That Got it to turn on. but upon power down it did the same thing with blue light. So I always start in SAFE MODE. I will start uninstalling programs until i find out which one is causing problem.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

How to reset Kyocera Zio m6000

Soft reset

Dial: ##4357*
Select view
Scroll down to select reset.
6 digit code: 000000
Click Ok
Should reboot.
Dial *228

Hard reset

1. Power down the phone
2. Hold down the volume up, end key, trackball and send key simultaneously.
3. Phone boots. After it vibrates you let go.
To reset Kyocera Zio try the following:

1. Remove battery and put it back after two minutes
2. Press and hold down the home button key while turning on the phone.
3. If by chance the phone starts , do Menu Button > Settings > SD Card USB MASS > Factory Data Reset

If it does not work, try:


Hard reset 2.

1. Power off the phone.
a. Press and hold red END key for 2 seconds >> Phone Options >> select Power Off >> Phone will shut down >> Ok

2. Remove battery for 15 seconds & replace battery.
3. Power up the phone.
a. Press and hold red END key for 2 seconds and wait until the device powers up completely.
b)
4. Power off the phone.
a. Press and hold red END key for 2 seconds >> Phone Options >> select Power Off >> Phone will shut down >> Ok
Procedure, cont.
5. Press and continue to hold the Volume Up button using your left thumb.
6. While still holding the Volume Up key, use your right hand to depress the green Send key, the white Track ball and the red End key (sequential order).
7. Continue to hold all 4 until keys completely down until the handset vibrates twice then let go of the keys & track ball.
a. Formatting Data and Cache appears
1. If you do not see the above (Formatting Data and Cache) redo steps 1 through 7.
2. If you get a Fast Boot, Self Test or Blue screen redo steps 1 through 7.
3. Allow the phone to completely reboot. This may take a few moments.
4. The phone has now been re-set to factory default settings. Please proceed through standard set up and activation procedures.


If still no luck, call Kyocera directlyand report the problem.

Bluetooth wont charge or power on. when charging the red light comes on. once disconnected from charger it wont come on

Indicator Lights:
1.Headset Status Headset Indicator Light
2.Powering on Steady blue, then intermittent flashes
(changes to standby mode)
3.Powering off Red appears and goes off
4.Standby Blue intermittent flashes
5.Charging battery Red solid light. Light indicator turns off when
battery is fully charged and headset is off.
6.Low battery Triple red flashes
7.Pairing mode Blue/red alternating flashes
8.Missed call Purple flashes. Press the call control button
to cancel flashing light.
9.Incoming call Triple blue flashes when ringing.
Power on and off:
1.Turn on the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows blue. You will hear ascending
tones.
2.Turn off the headset Press and hold the call control button until the
indicator glows red. You will hear descending
tones. When power is off, indicator stays off.
If none of this is helpful then it may be that your battery is dead, if that is the case then you will need to replace the whole headset. The battery's are not replaceable.

What is the pairing security code for xx3 plantronics

The following are detail instructions on how to Pair (sync) a Plantronics Bluetooth Headset to your Bluetooth Cell Phone:

1 - You need to go into the device you wish to pair it and turn the Bluetooth feature first.

2 - Then you need to place the headset in pairing mode so your phone will find it.

Find your model headset in the instructions below. Once the headset is in "Pairing" mode you will then need to follow the instructions in your cell phone or Bluetooth device's user guide on how to go it to your phone and search for the headset & pair it to a Bluetooth headset.

The passkey is 0000 (4 Zeros) except models M1000 and M1500 (see below for their number )

For the Plantronics M3000/M3500 (discontinued):

Pressing and holding down the volume up key and the talk button at the same time. Hold them in together until the indicator light on the headset starts flashing red then green.

For the Plantronics 510 Voyager:

Start with the headset powered on. Press and hold down the call control button while also rotating the multi function dial upward (away from the light) until the indicator light on the headset starts flashing red then green. When prompted for passkey, enter 0000.

Hit and hold the volume/mute switch in until the indication light starts blinking.

For the Plantronics M1500 & A500 adapter (discontinued): Turn the headset on and the adapter off. On the headset push in and hold the mute/volume dial until the indicator light begins to flash. On the adapter press and hold the blue power button for 10 seconds. The light on the adapter will flash once after 3 seconds- continue to hold the power button for another-7 seconds until the light flashes red. If the pairing is successful, the headset will sound a tone and both the headset and adapter lights will turn off.

For both the Plantronics M1000/M1500 (discontinued): If you remove the battery cover from the headset and then remove the battery itself. On the Green PC board itself there will be a letter followed by 4 numbers. These 4 numbers are your personal PIN code.

My g1 wont turn on when i try to hit the power button the top light turns blue and when i do the reset it dose the same thing

Is the battery charged? Is the charging LED showing up as normal when you connect the charger? Try charging the battery for a few hours and then try to reset the device?

I turn on the T.V. and the blue light is blinking and the T.V. doesn't turn on

1. simultaneoulsy press and hold [menu] and [vol-] on TV side panel
2. press and release [power] on TV side panel
3. count to 5 and release[menu] and [vol-]
4. TV should have turned on
5. if not, unplug TV and press[power]
6. repeat from step 1 if the TV does not power on the 2nd time

Blue On G1

ok i had this isssue and figure out what to do. this is all afterm you know that you have a good charger and or battery.

1. completely turn of phone unplug charger.
2. take and put battery back in phone and plug charger.
3. hold hit camera button and power buton. phone will come on if the update was washed it will come straight on. if not you will see the blue LED dont worry yet. just keep holding for 15 sec.
4. while phone blue LED is still on hit and hold (drum Role) menu and track ball for 15 sec.
5. now unplug charger and take out battery. wait 10 sec
6. now put battery back in and leave charger off. and turn on. unless you was in middle of update and hardware failed this WILL bring your G1 back up and running.

Phone went off only blue light showing

well plug the charger into the phone with the battery still intact.....then remove the battery while the phone is still plugged in. then unplug the charger and plug it back in........place battery back into phone and then power it up. That worked for me.

G1 safe mode

Power the device off, while it is off press and hold the Menu button and the Red Power Button at the same time, when the phones boots back up the Safe Mode should be off. If this does not work a Master Reset may be required.

Try unplugging it from the computer hold down the small power button until any light on it turns off.
Move the button on the top from right to left
Turn on.
