Question about Televison & Video
You might have a faulty HDMI cable--I just had this same problem: audio was fine, but TV was green-screened. I tried everything, finally opting for last-generation multi-colored cables (one double-ended yellow, white, and red, and another blue, green, and red). Believe it or not, this solved the problem. Resetting the TV is another option--use your original TV remote and look for Reset under the menu options.

Hello There can be different issue for the problem let me tell you one by one. 1. The green bias transistor has blown i guess. 2.The green gun is sorted to heater element in the neck of the tube. so Go to OSD and give a relook at it. Please do see an experiance tech. guy who has experiance in flyback transformer or cant access the hidden factory menu for frequency adjusting or vertical and horzontal positioning. also try Unpluging the cords for 3 to 4 hrs and see what happens. but its not the final solution. so see and expert. Have nice time. Gizokieth
