If you are talking about a Bios password at boot, reset the bios with the jumper in the computer. If you are talking about a password that has been put on the drive specifically you would need a password cracker depending on the security involved. If you are talking about Windows you can find several programs on the internet or get a copy of knoppix to load from the DVD/CD drive and find the password files and reset them.
