Generic problem for all Printers
Unable to access HP Photosmart

for some time I`ve been unable to use photosmart. Keep getting message "Photosmart Essential encountered a problem and needs to close".
I uninstalled HP then reinstalled - same message shows on screen.
I would appreciate your help.
