Usb pin config

You need some expensive equipment to do this.

1. Electronically Erasibale Programmable Read Only Memory Programer 840 pounds minimum for a decent one.
2. Digitally Controlled Interfered Re-Work Station 3740 pounds
3. Computer Aided Design Software 1000 pounds +
4. Computer Aided Manufacture Software 1000 pounds +
5. Specialist Micro Electronics Tools 130 pounds
6. Specialist Digital Systems Tool Kit 322 pounds

You need to first remove 3 IC controllers from the motherboard using the Re-Work station, than insert them in to the EEPROM Programer and reprogram them using the software that cam with it. DO NOT touch these IC's as 1 spec of dust on a pin and they will never work again unless you have Concentrated Sulfuric Acid and Acetone which you you can mix for 12hours in a sealed high pressure chamber with argon (I doubt), or you could spend 4000 pounds sending the IC's off to be cleaned (not likely when you can buy them for 16 pound.

What is code pin PUK for samsum

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

2.Press the IC with finger,at the same time press the power buttom

(If CPU fan is running on short time please do step 3 )
3.Power on your soldering iron and contact each side of this IC about 3 seconds( soldering iron to contact IC lead left to right or right to left)
4.Review each side of IC and check any short between IC lead5.After step 4 done, power on pc again, if PC booting congratulation

6.Final check: put finger on ic top side surface (don't touch the IC lead)feel the temperature if too hot that's mean short between IC

Hi! Folks I need to identfy the SOIC-8 IC that lies between the 2 an 3 pci slots. In my board this IC burns up and became unreadble. Thanks a lot for any help.

That style of package is used mostly for terminating resistors and small-value capacitors. The fact that is burned indicates resistors so you may be able to remove it and try measuring between first and/or last pins to those between. If you get a couple of close values, it is probably a seven resistor pack. In some configurations though, the common pins are not at the end(s) some you may have to experiment and measure between pins until you ferret the arrangement out. Measuring (for example) between two pins that yield 2K Ohms when others are 1K Ohm likely means that the 2K Ohm stretch is two 1Ks in series.
These normally don't fail on their own so something burned them and may do it again even if replaced.

Unusual Power Requirement

Should not be a problem, the theory here is Volts * Amps =Watts

5V * 2A = 10w

The alternative is to get a LM7505 ($1 or 2) from radioshack or any electronic supply and regulate the 12v down to 5v. its about 1/2 square IC chip.

Pardon my ASCII:
input 1.7V - 35V ________| | |_____ +5v (+/- 1%)
Pin 1 Pin 3

will accomodate 1 Amp (1.25 if heat sinked) for the CMOS version, slightly higher for the olde r(less effecient) version

The other pin is ground. OF course you will want to check the specs and pin assignment for the brand you buy, these are typical.

Motherboard not powering up

hi this is parveen

solutiom for d845gvsr not poweringup only led flashing--

short pin 92 and 93 of smsc LPC47M172 with fine tip soldering iron .
pin 92 is nrsmrst signal that is 3.3v at time of working m/b when this signal is low than motherboard not powering up so we short pin 93 that is standby (3.3v) and motherboard powering up again and working properly this problem doesn,t come again in future. this solution is 98% working 2% chances to change the chip.

No power-up only the little green light by the cpu lights up

I tried Parveens solution for this problem on 2 absolutely dead D845GVSR mother boards and it fixed the problem for me on both. On mine you had to permanantly short pins 92 & 93 of the LPC47M172 IC near the ddr ram slots.

There must be a reason for why the motherboard went dead in the first place because from the factory, pins 92 & 93 of this IC are not meant to be shorted. Albeit the motherboards work perfectly the shorting of pins on this IC get over the problem but the original fault is still really there but has been bypassed! Still having said that, what a result!
