You can get a digitizer replacement in 20 minutes at ifixnow.co if you are local to Los Angeles. Otherwise mail it in and get it back in a couple of days.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I turned off my iphone 6 and turned it back on an tired to do my touch ID but it wouldnt work cause it said touch ID requires password when iphone restarts how to do i get to my home screen

There is no way you can get to the home screen without password after you restart your iPhone. First time reboot auto disables Touch ID and requires you to enter password. In case if you do not have a password, you would have to restore your iPhone. Make sure your phone is not registered with find my iPhone in your iCloud account, if it is use the web interface to de register it. Use dfu mode while restoring. Google on how to put iPhone in dfu mode. Download the latest firmware which is 8.1.2 and restore it. Then restore your data from last backup. This should help.

I can not get my code to work on my ipod touch

The only way to reset it if you really do not know the password is to put it in restore mode and connect it to iTunes for a full restore. You cannot restore it in iTunes unless you are in restore mode since you do not have the password.
ALSO! Please know that once you put it in restore and connect to iTunes for the restore process, the apps and songs on the actual iPod Touch will be gone.
Anyway, to put the Touch in restore mode do this:
o put the iPhone / iPod Touch into recovery mode:
- Turn it off (hold the power button on the top down for a few seconds then slide the red slider across from left to right).
- Press and hold the home button (the button on the front, under the screen)
- While still holding the home button, plug it in to the computer
The screen should show something like this:
recoverymode.jpgiPhone / iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You should now be able to use iTunes to restore the iPhone / iPod Touch by clicking the Restore button.

Good luck!!

Fprgot password to my Ipod 8gb.

Hi,

Click "Start"
Click "My computer"
Switch to the classic view (if you're using Windows XP.)
Click "Folder Options"
Click the tab called "View"
Check "Show hidden files or folders"
If you also wish to view system files, Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"
Plug in your iPod.
Wait for it to load completely.
Open My Computer (or computer if on Vista). Make sure you can view hidden files.
Go to iPod_control.
Go to the folder named Device.
If your iPod is locked, there will be a file _locked . Rename the file to _unlocked.
Safely remove your iPod and it will be cleared.

Have a ipod touch, but passcode is fogotten.

you can reset its password....but you'll lose all your data. Here's how...
  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone or iPod touch, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
  2. Power off the device (Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the the iPhone or iPod touch to turn off.
  3. Press and hold the Home button while reconnecting the USB cable to iPhone. When you reconnect the USB to iPhone, the device should then power on.

Note: If you see the message "Charging... Please Wait" , let the device charge for at least 10 minutes to ensure the battery has some charge and then start with step 2 again.
  4. Continue holding the Home button while iPhone starts up. While starting up, you will see the Apple logo.
  5. When you see "Connect to iTunes" on the screen, you can release the Home button and iTunes will display the recovery mode message:

If you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" screen, then disconnect the USB cable from iPhone and repeat steps 3-6.

The iphone 8GB Non 3G Touch screen will not work after the phone

Reset the iPhone by holding the sleep/wake button at the top right of the device and the home button at the bottom center of the face at the same time. Hold them both until you see the screen go black and the white Apple logo appear. When this happens, you can let go - the iPhone is rebooting.
