The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
Also quote the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into.
There should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning (often found stamped in the metal casing ) so please quote EVERYTHING you can find

The normal method of resetting an ERROR display after a wrong code is to leave the radio SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.
This may take several hours.
Make sure you have the CORRECT code.
